1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VisitorPing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Permitted Use & Code Installation
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to install the VisitorPing tracking snippet (`vp.js`) on websites that you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to manage. You may not use the script for malicious tracking, DDoS amplification, or security circumvention.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing
VisitorPing offers 14-day free trials. Following the trial period, your subscription will renew according to your selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) unless canceled prior to the trial expiration. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.
4. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our global edge ingestion and push notification pipeline. However, we are not liable for delayed push notifications caused by third-party carrier networks, Apple APNs, Google FCM, or Telegram API outages.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
