Terms of Service

By accessing or using VisitorPing (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to install the VisitorPing tracking script (vp.js) on websites that you own, operate, or are authorized to manage.

You may not use the Service for malicious tracking, security circumvention, unlawful surveillance, denial-of-service activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed by members of your organization. Only invite people who should have access to your website and visitor information.

Plan limits apply to tracked websites, member seats, session capacity, retention, and available features.

VisitorPing offers a 14-day Starter trial. Pro and Agency are paid subscriptions. After the Starter trial, you can purchase Starter for $19 per month or choose another paid plan. Subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal.

When you purchase managed advertising, your checkout or order summary discloses the VisitorPing management fee and the remainder that becomes your prepaid Net Advertising Budget. VisitorPing may reserve and deploy only those customer advertising funds, within the objective, geography, platform, spending, and automation permissions you approve. VisitorPing targets useful deployment, not forced spending, and does not spend merely to exhaust a budget.

Advertising-platform charges are deducted from customer advertising funds and are not VisitorPing revenue. Unspent advertising funds remain attributable to you and roll forward or are refundable under the cancellation and refund terms disclosed when you purchase the applicable advertising service. Refunds may be reduced by advertising spend already incurred, non-recoverable platform charges, chargebacks, or the separately disclosed earned management fee, as permitted by the disclosed policy and applicable law.

A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period does not remove paid subscription access early. After access ends, the account becomes read-only, tracking continues for a 30-day recovery period, and visitor activity data is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. A warning is sent at least seven days before automated deletion. Cancelling a VisitorPing subscription does not itself reverse advertising spend already incurred.

We aim to keep VisitorPing available and responsive, but uninterrupted delivery is not guaranteed. Notification timing can be affected by browsers, mobile operating systems, internet providers, and third-party services.

Planned maintenance and current service checks are communicated through the status page when practical.

You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining consent required for your website and audience. Review the Privacy Policy for details about the browser identifier, activity data, and retention.

You may authorize VisitorPing to connect to third-party services, including Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads. You represent that you have authority to connect each account or property, approve advertising for the business, and make its data available to members of your VisitorPing organization.

For a managed Google Ads campaign, VisitorPing may use approved access to create or select advertiser resources; generate campaign structure, advertisements, keywords, targeting, landing URLs, conversion configuration, and budgets; submit the first campaign only after your explicit approval; monitor results; and make later changes only inside the objective, geography, budget, platform, and automation boundaries you approved. Deterministic safety and policy checks can block, restrict, or pause advertising. Categories that require additional review or advertiser verification may not launch until those requirements are completed.

VisitorPing does not guarantee campaign approval, delivery, traffic, leads, sales, cost, return on advertising spend, or uninterrupted provider access. Results and reporting depend on third-party APIs, auction conditions, permissions, account status, website quality, data quality, and availability. A provider may reject, restrict, suspend, or modify advertising under its own terms and policies.

You may revoke a provider's authorization through that provider. Revocation stops future API access and may prevent VisitorPing from monitoring or changing an already-running campaign; it does not necessarily pause that campaign at the provider or remove information already imported. Before revoking or disconnecting, use VisitorPing's pause controls when available and confirm campaign status with the provider. Where available, the dashboard Disconnect control deletes the selected connection, stored credentials, and imported reporting data. You may also contact support or use the applicable VisitorPing account-deletion process. Our handling of connected-service data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Customer referral credits and cash affiliate commissions are separate programs with different eligibility and reward rules. Affiliate participation is also governed by the Affiliate Program Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
