1. Eligibility and approval
You must have a VisitorPing account and submit accurate application information. Participation begins only after VisitorPing approves the application. We may reject, suspend, or end participation when needed to protect customers, the program, or VisitorPing.
You are responsible for keeping your payout email and promotion details current.
2. Account and honest promotion
An affiliate account is free and does not require a Starter, Pro, or Agency subscription. It provides access to the affiliate portal only; customer tracking features require a separate customer workspace and plan.
Describe VisitorPing accurately and disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required. Do not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, trademark bidding, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or promotion on unlawful or deceptive properties.
You may use only an approved affiliate link. You may not refer yourself, your own organization, an organization you control, or create duplicate accounts to obtain commission.
3. Attribution
An approved affiliate link sets a 30-day first-party attribution cookie. A new organization must complete signup while that attribution remains valid. Affiliate attribution and the customer referral program do not stack; a valid affiliate attribution takes precedence.
Clicks are reported as daily aggregate counts. Attribution may be declined or voided for self-referrals, fraud, duplicates, abuse, canceled transactions, or technical activity that does not represent a genuine new customer.
4. Commission
The standard rate is 20% of eligible subscription revenue actually paid during the referred customer's first 12 paid months. Eligible revenue excludes taxes, credits, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, one-time session packs, and other non-subscription amounts unless VisitorPing states otherwise in writing.
Commission calculations use whole currency cents and round down. Test-mode Stripe transactions never create live earnings.
5. Holds, reversals, and payouts
New commission is held for 30 days. Refunds and disputes create negative adjustments and may reduce current or future available balances. Payout eligibility begins when the net available balance in a currency reaches $50 or its stated equivalent.
Payouts are currently sent outside VisitorPing and then recorded in the affiliate dashboard. Processing time can vary. You are responsible for accurate payout information, taxes, and any reporting required in your jurisdiction.
6. Changes and termination
VisitorPing may change prospective commission rates, program rules, or availability with reasonable notice. Ending participation disables the affiliate link and stops new eligible attribution. Earned, valid commission remains subject to holds, reversals, minimums, and these terms.
Fraud, abuse, material misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may result in voided attribution or unpaid commission where permitted by law.
