One tap at your counter.
Your links, managed in VisitorPing.

Tappiqo connects a physical stand to your menu, reviews, booking page or payment provider. Change the destination when your business changes, while keeping the same device URL and campaign history.

From a physical location to an online action

One permanent device URL, with an owner-controlled destination or a simple menu of links.

  1. 01

    Activate privately

Use the single-use credential supplied with the device. Set up your links without an account; the public NFC URL is never an administration credential.

  2. 02

    Claim and manage

Claim ownership in VisitorPing to edit links free, arrange your Smart Menu, and label each device’s location. No website tracking installation is needed.

  3. 03

    Review activity

See device activity in the existing Campaign report. Destination changes preserve earlier versions and recorded history, including activity before the claim.

Choose the number of links you need

The same passive NFC hardware across all three tiers. Purchased link editing stays free.

A controller you already know

Use Dashboard → Tappiqo Devices, or Settings → Tappiqo Devices in the VisitorPing mobile app.

Edit destinations, reorder links, choose the active Direct Tap destination, update business branding and preview or share the public URL. Device activity stays attached to the same VisitorPing campaign.

Clear about what a tap tells you

A device URL identifies a location’s device, not a person. Current reports count recorded interactions and label suspected bots. They do not prove a physical NFC tap or identify the phone’s owner.

Optional returning-browser recognition and verified customer enrollment are under review. They are not included in today’s product, and ordinary links will not require customers to share their identity.

Tappiqo questions, answered

Does a customer need the VisitorPing app?

No. A compatible NFC-enabled phone opens the device URL in its browser. The owner can manage destinations in VisitorPing’s dashboard or existing mobile app.

Do I need a subscription to edit my links?

No. Verified workspace owners and administrators can edit purchased links free. Optional advanced themes and reporting use VisitorPing Pro; a trial starts only when explicitly requested.

Does tapping reveal a customer’s phone number or identity?

No. An NFC URL does not reveal a phone number, name, IMEI or phone-wide identifier. Returning-browser recognition and verified loyalty enrollment are proposed features, not available capabilities.

What does the activity report measure?

Recorded device URL requests, menu displays, action selections and redirects. Links can also be opened from bookmarks, shared URLs or bots. A review click is not a posted review, and a payment redirect is not a confirmed purchase.

Can I buy one now?

Public hardware sales are not open yet. The prices shown are planned one-time hardware prices; shipping and applicable tax are additional. Product imagery is a concept, pending physical testing.
