VisitorPing vs Microsoft Clarity
Clarity gives you session recordings, heatmaps and click maps at no cost and with no usage limit, which is a genuinely strong offer. It answers why a page is not working. It does not tell you someone is on it now.
What Microsoft Clarity does better
- • Free, with no traffic cap, which is difficult to argue against.
- • Session recordings and heatmaps that are good enough to replace paid tools for many sites.
- • Backed by Microsoft, so it is unlikely to disappear.
- • Integrates with Google Analytics if you already run it.
What VisitorPing does that it does not
- • Recordings are watched afterwards. An alert reaches you during the visit.
- • Built to act on one visitor rather than to study many.
- • Search Console analysis and technical checks, which Clarity does not cover.
Side by side

Which should you use
Install Clarity regardless. It is free, and there is no argument for not having it. Whether you also want an alert depends on whether a single enquiry is worth interrupting your day for.

Find what is costing you search clicks, then watch the fix work.
VisitorPing reads your own Search Console data for the pages losing clicks, then rings your phone the moment someone lands on your website.
